Upstream rebranded to vintner (github.com/Cheviiot/vintner) and cut a new release with WDK driver-build support, short command aliases, and English/Russian CLI localization. Updates the package directory, Staplerfile (name, urls, checksums, replaces), catalog entry in README.md, and the two tools/ scripts that hardcode the package name list.
